What does "Auto Order" mean? Auto order is really your "subscription to health"  because to maintain your health you should take your supplements regularly. Auto order is a "standing order" for products to be conveniently delivered to your home. Auto order means that your order is sent to you automatically every 4 or 8 weeks or regularly as needed. This is particularly useful when ordering vitamins or any products that are taken on a regular basis. If you have your auto order set up you will be paying 10% OFF the preferred customer  (20% off retail price). If you regularly use nutritional products, and most people do, then auto order is a great way to reduce your recurring costs. To begin auto order, register to be a Preferred Customer and select the auto order during your enrollment process. Do I have to sign up for auto order when I become a Preferred Customer? No, you can simply choose to sign up as a Preferred Customer without it. However, you will not be able to take advantage of the extra 10% discount (mentioned above) on your orders available to Preferred Customer who order regularly. Preferred Customers who are not on auto order, pay wholesale prices called preferred price on the price list. You are free to change your auto order whenever you want on line or by phoning USANA on their free‐call number. Once you change your order it will remain as is until you change it again. Is there a minimum amount I have to spend each month when I am on auto order? There is no minimum order, and you can cancel or put your auto order on hold at any time. Do I have to order the same products each month when I am on auto order? No, you can change your order every month either online or by phone. It's fast and simple. Can I stop or delay my auto order? Yes, if you see that you are accumulating too much product and don't want your auto order delivered next month, you can go to your online account and put your auto order on hold and set a resume date, or call when you want to resume, or call USANA if you want to cancel. Does USANA guarantee their products? USANA offers customers a 100%, 30-day, money-back guarantee on their product orders. If for any reason a Preferred Customer is dissatisfied with any USANA product, he/she may return that product to the company within 30 days for replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price.
